Cynthia Sanchez is the Co-Owner and Administrator of BEST - Boating Emergency Safety Training, where she brings decades of service-driven leadership, administrative expertise, and operational precision to the organization.
A United States Navy veteran, Cynthia served as a Petty Officer Third Class (YN3) aboard the USS Hunley (AS-31) as a Yeoman in the Legal Department. She comes from a proud and highly decorated multi-generational military family.
Through her military service and civilian career, Cynthia has lived and traveled extensively around the world, developing a broad global perspective, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively across diverse environments.
After leaving the Navy, Cynthia started her career in association management. A graduate from the Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational management programs led to her expertise in large-scale coordination and event management.
Highly regarded for her exceptional organization, strict attention to timeliness and detail, and her calm leadership under pressure all help play a vital role in ensuring BEST operates with professionalism, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to boating safety.
