Cynthia M. Sánchez

Cynthia Sanchez is the Co-Owner and Administrator of BEST - Boating Emergency Safety Training, where she brings decades of service-driven leadership, administrative expertise, and operational precision to the organization.

A United States Navy veteran, Cynthia served as a Petty Officer Third Class (YN3) aboard the USS Hunley (AS-31) as a Yeoman in the Legal Department. She comes from a proud and highly decorated multi-generational military family.

Through her military service and civilian career, Cynthia has lived and traveled extensively around the world, developing a broad global perspective, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively across diverse environments.

After leaving the Navy, Cynthia started her career in association management. Her graduation from the Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management programs equipped her with advanced skills in coordinating large-scale projects and managing events.

Highly regarded for her exceptional organization, strict attention to timeliness and detail, and her calm leadership under pressure all help play a vital role in ensuring BEST operates with professionalism, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to boating safety.
